Job Description

The Sales Operations specialist will first and foremost have operational support responsibility for the team. Examples of key activities include:
  • Assist Regional Directors & Managing Consultants in managing details for Sales opportunities and active accounts, with emphasis on maintaining data integrity in the CRM tool (MMS)
  • Drafting proposals, statements of work, RFI/RFP responses in support of the Sales team
  • Removing impediments; troubleshooting; and aiding in issue resolution by working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating and providing Sales reports to drive operational performance and efficiency
  • Working directly with clients to process contracts
  • Customer correspondence as related to sales opportunities
  • Fielding inbound leads, e-mails, and inquiries to the Sales team
  • Special projects, as required

This position will be based in Redmond, WA and may require occasional travel. 

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in an Operations role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience with SalesForce
  • Strong MS Office, especially advanced Excel and Word user, nice to have PowerPoint experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a distributed organization that spans multiple time zones

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
